Studio Policies


24 Hour Cancellation Notice: All clients are made aware of 24 hour cancellation policy. If you must cancel please contact your instructor via phone/text/email.

Workout Wear/Clothing: Comfortable workout clothes that have no zippers, grommets, or metal attachments of any kind. This is to keep the upholstery of the reformer and equipment from becoming torn. It is extremely costly to repair. Also recommend that tights be worn under shorts as shorts tend to “ride up” from many exercises. Special socks with grippers such as Toe Sox are optional.

Session Time: All sessions start on time and end on time as scheduled and last approximately 55 minutes. Clients not arriving within the 15 minute start time of session will be charged for the full session as a no show.

Liability Wavier/Health History: All clients must complete a Liability Wavier and Health History form.

Payment Policy: Clients are welcome to pay with cash, credit or check. Checks payable to The Pilates Center LLC. There is a processing fee for credit. Payments must be paid in full and in advance. There is a $25 service fee for all returned checks.

Refund Policy:
No refunds unless medically necessary. Doctor’s note may be required. Packages/Accounts are not transferable.

Safety Policy: Clients should not use the equipment unless under instruction or given permission. Please avoid using lotion before your practice it can cause you to slip on the apparatus.
